Smoked Salmon Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

A seafood dip combined with herbs, two types of cheeses, and a cucumber which gives it a refreshing taste.

- 1½ cup salmon fresh
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¾ cup goat cheese mild
- ½ cucumber
- ¼ cup olive oil + 2 tbsp
- 1 fresh onion
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika spice
- ⅓ cup soya milk or which ever milk you prefer
- a hand full of dill
- a hand full of parsley optional
Place salmon into the baking pan, marinate in smoked paprika spice, and two tbsp of olive oil. Set aside for about 2 hours
Preheat oven at 220 and cook salmon for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool
Place cream cheese into a blender,
Add soya milk. Blend for a few minutes.
Add herbs, cucumber, fresh onion, and olive oil. Blend on high until all ingredients have combined and have formed a thick texture.
Add in the goat cheese and blend at high speed.
Shred salmon and add into mixture, Combine and serve with your favorite dipping crackers
Or spread this creamy dip/spread onto a slice of rye bread.
