- 3 fresh spring onions chopped
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 tbsp cream cheese light
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon zest
- 4 tbsp water
In a sauté pan, heat the avocado oil. Add the salmon after seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Sear the salmon for a few minutes on each side.
Then transfer the salmon to the air fryer and place it on a piece of parchment paper, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Use the same pan, add the chopped onions along with the finely chopped dill.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sauté and while stirring, add in the cream cheese and two tablespoons of water to break down the cream cheese.
If the cream cheese has softened and melted, then there is no need to add the extra two tablespoons of water.
Season a bit more with pepper.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and place it on a serving plate. Spoon the light cream cheese sauce over the top to garnish.
If you love dill garnish with a bit more fresh dill.
