- 2 sausages sliced
- 1 kilo potatoes cut in halves
- 2 leeks dice
- 3 garlic cloves whole
- ½ lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mustard mild
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh oregano
- salt
- pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 bell peppers green
- ¾ cup orange juice optional
Preheat oven to 180℃
Combine mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and whisk together.
Cut potatoes in halves and place them into the baking pan. Toss in the sliced sausages and green peppers, diced leek. and whole garlic cloves.
Generally pour the mustard sauce over the potatoes and sausage and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
