Roasted Greek Manouri Cheese

Creamy Roasted Greek manouri cheese, with a soft texture, cooked golden brown. Scoop with your favorite crusty bread or pita.

- 1 manouri cheese head
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 romaine lettuce small and chopped
- 1 tbsp dilll fresh and finely chopped
- 2 fresh onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon juice squeeze
Preheat oven to 200℃.
Place the cheese in the center of the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
In a bowl, add the lettuce, dill, and fresh onions. Drizzle with olive oil and the lemon juice. Toss the salad.
Once the cheese is ready, cut it into four equal pieces and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle the honey over the cheese.
Serve hot and scoop up with your favorite pta or bread.
