Easy Oven Roasted Paprika Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ tbsp smoked paprika
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • dill optional
  • chives optional

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly wash and cut into half and slice potatoes into wedges. Dry with a kitchen towel and place into a baking pan.

  • Add in smoked paprika and garlic powder. Toss potatoes in olive oil and seasoning. Bake at 180 degrees (C) or 350 (F)
