HOT AND SPICY DIP KAPPADOKIAS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Aubergine cut in half
  • 1 large Paprika Pepper
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Feta Cheese
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash Aubergine and dry.
  • Cut Aubergine in half and pre- heat oven at 180 degrees, once that’s done place in oven and bake until soft.
  • Once Aubergine is ready cut into smaller sizes and set aside to cool.
  • Dice onion and peel skin off the garlic.
  • Place pepper, aubergine, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, olive oil, into the food processor.
  • Add Tomato paste.
  • Toss in Feta Cheese
  • Blend until all combined.
  • Serve with fresh bread or crackers, cucumbers..:)
