Pour heavy cream into a large mixing bowl and whip for 3 minutes. Add in the confectioner sugar one tablespoon at a time. Finally, pour the vanilla extract and whip at medium speed until peaks form.
Gently fold ten tablespoons of the whipped cream into Nutella. Use a rubber spatula to incorporate and gently stir. If needed use more whipped cream to get a smooth fluffy texture.
Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag, if you have one. If you do not have one you can use a spoon in two layers of whipped cream in each serving bowl.
Top with two layers of Nutella, garnished with grated chocolate. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
