Monster Eye Oreo Cookies
Oreo cookies dipped into chocolate and white covered Oreo with monster eyes.
Ingredients
- 180 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 20 monster eye decorations
- 10 pieces Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips. Working one Oreo cookie at a time dip into melted chocolate until fully coated. T
- Repeat the process until all the cookies have been dipped into the chocolate and decorated. Transfer each cookie onto a piece of parchment paper, and add the eyes onto the cookie before the chocolate dries.
