This Marinated Shrimp Meze is a ridiculously easy recipe. Large shrimps boiled and then marinated in lemon juice and zest, herbs, and olive oil.

Marinated Shrimp Meze

Juicy shrimp marinated in olive oil, lemon, honey mustard, fresh dill, and parsley—this refreshing meze is summer on a plate.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 shrimps Frozen or fresh shrimps, peeled and deveined.
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey mustard Dijon
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 25 grams lemon juice & zest
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ¾ tbsp dill
  • ½ tbsp parsley
  • garlic optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190℃.
  • Line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss all the ingredients together.
  • Toss in the shrimp and give them a gentle mix. Make sure the shrimps are coated.
  • Lay the shrimp in a neat little line on the parchment and pop them in the oven. Cook until they turn a light golden brown color.
  • These marinated shrimps can be served hot or cold and with pita bread.
