1 baking pan or tray
1 parchment paper sheet
1 whisk
1 bowl medium-size
- 3 cups stale bread cut into cubes
- 2 galic minced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup paremesan grated
- 1 ½ tbsp dry oregano optional
- ½ tbsp paprika
Start by adding the olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic into a bowl, and with a whisk give it a good mix until well combined.

Line a baking pan/tray with parchment paper and scatter your bread cubes on top. Pour the spiced oil mixture over the bread and use your hands to coat each cube of bread.
Pop the tray into a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the croutons are golden, crunchy.
Once the croutons are done, set them aside to cool before sprinkling with the grated cheese.
