This Greek Style Spanakopita Dip takes everything you love about traditional spanakopita and turns it into a warm, creamy, scoopable appetizer. Made with spinach, feta cheese, and herbs. It’s perfect for dipping pita, crusty bread, or fresh veggies.

- ¾ package frozen spinach defrost
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise light
- 1 cup cream cheese or ricotta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup dill
- ¼ cup parsley
Preheat oven to 180℃.
Mix the 1 cup cream cheese or ricotta cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup feta cheese 2 garlic cloves, ¼ cup dill, ¼ cup parsley and the ¾ package frozen spinach, making sure the spinach has been fully thawed and very well drained.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Place the dip in a serving bowl, along with pita bread or crackers to dip.
