Ingredients
  

  • 1 / 2.2 lbs kilo wild greens fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp salt optional
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • 3 litres water

Instructions
 

  • Bring the 3 litres water, and 1 tbsp salt to a boil.
  • Add in the greens and boil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Set them aside to cool. Drizzle oil and lemon juice to your liking.
