- 1 / 2.2 lbs kilo wild greens fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp salt optional
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- 3 litres water
Bring the 3 litres water, and 1 tbsp salt to a boil.
Add in the greens and boil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Set them aside to cool. Drizzle oil and lemon juice to your liking.
