- 2 cups brussel sprouts trimmed and cut in half
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder optional
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cups water room temperature
Trim off any excess or yellow leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Place them in a bowl with 2 cups water, and let them soak for about 30 minutes to clean and refresh them.
Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with a kitchen towel, then use a sharp knife to slice each one in half.
Drain water from the bowl, then dry. Add the 2 cups brussel sproutsback into the bowl, then pour the ⅓ cup olive oil over them. Season with 1 tbsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently Toss
Preheat the Air fryer by pressing the preheat button.
Layer the Brussels Sprouts into the basket.
Cook at 200℃ for 15 minutes or until golden brown in certain spots.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the Brussels sprouts and serve immediately.
