Fried Egg on Toast recipe

A delicious breakfast treat with a slice of toasted bread, tomato spread, and a fried egg sprinkled with smoked paprika and dill.

- 2 eggs organic (optional)
- 2 pieces of bread rustic (optional)
- 2 pinches of smoked paprika
- olive oil
- dill (optional)
- 3 pieces of sundried tomatoes in oil
- ΒΌ cup feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- olive oil
Toast bread until golden brown and crispy around the edges. Spread a layer of the tomato and feta mix.
Place a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Wait until the oil starts to sizzle and then crack the eggs.
Bring down the heat to low, take a spoon, and sprinkle over the eggs a few drops of the olive oil that is in the pan.
Once the egg reaches the stage of a runny yolk, cooked egg white transfer the eggs to each slice of bread. Sprinkle smoked paprika and dill. Serve hot.
