Easy Spicy Seafood Pasta Recipe
Shrimps, Mussels cooked in fresh tomatoes sauce with pasta.

- 1 leek chopped (white part)
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 15 fresh shrimps boiled and cleaned, peeled and deveined
- 15 fresh mussels
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp tomato pasta
- 3 fresh tomatoes grated
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ⅓ cup parsley
- ¾ olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil for frying
- 1 liter water
- Parmesan cheese garnish
Saute celery and leek in sunflower oil
Clean, peel and devein shrimps. you can also use frozen Mussels if you are not able to find fresh ones.
Add shrimps and mussels into celery and leek mix. Once the seafood is ready set aside.
Add orzo pasta into the celery and leek mixture stir for a few minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and continue to stir.
Add 1 liter of water, wine.

Cook and low to medium-high heat until sauce has thickened.
Serve garnished with parmesan cheese
