Easy Homemade Toast Bread

This bread is soft and fluffy great for breakfast and sandwiches.

1 loaf baking pan
- 4 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- 2½ tbsp sugar
- ⅔ cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- olive oil
Add the flour into the mixing bowl and then add the sugar, salt, dry yeast, buttermilk, water, and vegetable oil knead for about 15 minutes or until the mixture forms a dough.
Preheat oven to 170℃
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl form a ball and place it into the slightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 1 hr or until it has doubled.
Once it has risen remove the dough and knead it with wet hands into a loaf of bread.
Place it into the greased olive oil loaf baking pan. Cover it with a towel and set aside until it has risen.
Place onto the center rack of the oven for 30 minutes. Bread is ready when the top is brown and firm.
Remove from the oven and let the bread completely cool before removing from the pan.
Slice the bread and enjoy
