Cuisine Greek
- 12 potatoes Cut into halves
- 3 tbsp mustard mild
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp oregano dried
- 330 ml dark beer guinness
- pepper
- 2 garlic crushed (optional)
- 2 tbsp spicy paprika
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Wash and then pat dry the potatoes, cut into halves
Toss the potatoes into a baking pan, drizzle with the olive oil, mustard, spicy hot paprika, pepper, and oregano. Roll up your sleeves and use your hands to mix.
Pour in the beer and give everything a good stir, making sure the potatoes are nicely coated.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and pop it into the oven. Let it cook for one hour—this helps the potatoes soak in all that beer-infused flavor and cook until tender.
After an hour, remove the foil and place the pan back into the oven. Let the potatoes cook for another 20 minutes. They’ll start to brown and crisp up on the outside while staying tender on the inside.
Serve and enjoy
