Creamy Spinach Pasta with Salmon

A warm and creamy spinach pasta made with flaky salmon, fresh herbs, and a light Mediterranean sauce. Simple to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

- 1 package Tagiatelles or any pasta
- 2 cups salmon cut in cubes or shredded
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- 1 cup light cream 7% light cream
- 3 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped (optional)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice optional
In a large pot, boil the 1 package Tagiatelles in salted water for 1 minute less than the package instructions. Remove and drain.
Place the 2 cups salmon in cubes or flakes in the air fryer. Cook at 200℃ for 10 minutes
In a large frying pan, add the 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 orange pepper, 1 yellow pepper, and gently stir until the vegetables are soft.
Add 1 cup light cream to the pepper mix along with the 1 tsp cream cheese, and the 1 cup light cream stir until the sauce is slightly thick.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle in the 3 tbsp fresh dill and the 3 tbsp lemon juice. Toss gently
Add the pasta to the pepper mix and gently toss until all the ingredients are covered with the sauce.
Serve hot
