Creamy Beetroot Salad

Boiled beetroots combined with cream cheese and Greek yogurt dressing.

- 4 beetroots medium size and boiled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt 5% fat
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- dill
- salt
- pepper
- nuts to garnish
In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir and then add in the beetroots and dill.
Garnish with your favorite nuts and serve with homemade fresh bread or crackers.
