Creamy Beetroot Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 beetroots medium size and boiled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 5% fat
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nuts to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir and then add in the beetroots and dill.
  • Garnish with your favorite nuts and serve with homemade fresh bread or crackers.
