Creamy Avocado Feta Dip

This creamy avocado feta dip blends the buttery smoothness of ripe avocados with the salty, tangy flavor of feta to create a rich, velvety spread you can whip up in minutes. Brightened with lemon and a drizzle of olive oil, it’s fresh, Mediterranean‑inspired, and incredibly versatile.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados peeled and cut in half
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil optional
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the 3 avocados, which have been peeled, and pulse until they begin to break down.
  • Spoon in the ¾ cup Greek yogurt and the 2 garlic clovesblend until everything looks smooth and creamy.
  • Toss in the crumbled 1 cup feta cheese and blend on high speed for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes velvety.
  • Pour in the 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Sprinkle in the 1 lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Blend on high speed for just a few seconds to bring everything together.
  • Serve with your favorite pita, crackers or bread.
