- 3 avocados peeled and cut in half
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 tbsp olive oil optional
- salt

Add the 3 avocados, which have been peeled, and pulse until they begin to break down.
Spoon in the ¾ cup Greek yogurt and the 2 garlic clovesblend until everything looks smooth and creamy.
Toss in the crumbled 1 cup feta cheese and blend on high speed for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes velvety.
Pour in the 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Sprinkle in the 1 lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Blend on high speed for just a few seconds to bring everything together.
Serve with your favorite pita, crackers or bread.
