Air-fryer sausages and potatoes

A quick and simple meal made with pork sausages and baby-cubed marinated potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pork sausages sliced lengthwise
  • 10 baby potatoes cubed
  • 1 tbsp dry oregano
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • slice the sausages lengthwise with a sharp knife.
  • In a large bowl add the spices, herbs, lemon juice, and olive olive. Give it a good stir and set aside to marinate.
  • Put the air fryer to 190 for 20 minutes. Cook until potatoes and sausages are tender.
