Louiza Herbal Chai (λουίζα τσαι)

Louiza Herbal Tea

Hello. 🙂

So, we have reached the end of another week, and a surprisingly  interesting week for me.  I officially started my new part time job teaching English. 🙂  So far so good, I studied the guide I was given so I was prepared of all things that would come my way.  I am having fun meeting people from around the world, helping them learn a new language, so this is awarding enough for me. 🙂

After work and everything else that I do throughout the day which entails, blogging, reading, writing, seminars, and a whole bunch of other things, I like to unwind to a delicious cup of Tea. 🙂 I am a Tea enthousiast. I love to try them all, actually there is a store in Rotterdam that sells Tea.  Every time I walk in the store I feel like a child in a candy store.  This also goes for whenever I am back in Greece, the tea stores have such a huge selection of delicious Chai.

In the Greek Language Tea is basically called Chai (τσαι). 🙂  This specific verbena Chai or otherwise known as Aloysia Citriodora happens to be my utmost favorite.  Why you ask?? because this flower has leaves  that  taste lemony, and with a scent of lemon.

The benefits of this loose leaf herbal chai are amazing.  The positive affects it has on the digestive system, the calm sense/feeling after a frantic day of running around, and it helps with weight loss. I have implemented this tea into my diet for a while now just because I love it!

Have a lovely weekend everyone!!
