Homemade Strawberry Lemonade

Wow, this week has been going by very fast, it’s Wednesday already and July 4th!!  I do have the American in me so I do celebrate this special day. 🙂    I have to apologise because I am late in responding to the wonderful comments that I have been receiving and I would like to thank you all very much!!  I have been a bit busy,  and yesterday to be honest I had a chance to sit in front of the TV to watch Tennis.  🙂 Rafa was playing so how could I not watch  🙂 🙂 not that I won’t be watching Tennis again today :)..Weeellll in all honesty for the next 2 weeks I will actually be watching a lot of Tennis hahahahhaha…along with everything else that I do daily.

So, since today is a special day what better way to celebrate than with this summer drink that most of us have been drinking for many many years. I didn’t want to make the usual Lemonade, so by adding a few fresh Strawberries which I absolutely adore I made this Lemonade a bit more special and tasty. 🙂  Ohhh by the way, I haven’t just added Strawberries & Lemon juice into this I have also tweaked it (of course) with just a dap of  white wine. hahahaha..  A dear friend of mine use to add a bit of Vodka. I never got what she liked about it but as they say “to each his own” 🙂

I like to add wine into my diet once in a while so here is another delicious drink for those summer afternoons or evenings.  You can omit the wine if you prefer..:)
