BBQ Feta Cheese with Peppers and Onions Recipe
Two blocks of peppery feta cheese wrapped in parchment paper with red bell pepper and white onions give the cheese a slightly sweet taste. Drizzled greek olive oil and oregano gives this bbq cheese a burst of delight with each bite.
- 2 pieces Feta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 White Onion sliced
- 1 piece Parchment Paper
Place Feta Cheese on parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil
Slice onion and bell pepper, add on top of the cheese and top with oregano.
Wrap cheese tightly and place on bbq for 10 minutes. If you prefer the cheese to melt then I would suggest you leave it on the bbq for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve right off the grill.
