Easy Shrimp Rigatoni Pasta Recipe

An easy put-together shrimp pasta dish made with vegetables and fresh tomato sauce

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cups frozen shrimps
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables carrots, peas
  • cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 1 leek finely chopped
  • 1 package Rigatoni any pasta or your choice
  • 4 fresh tomatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 lemon zest
  • parsley
  • dill
  • chives
  • liter water
  • parmesan cheese


  • Add olive oil, leek, frozen shrimps into a pot and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add in dill and parsley, fresh tomatoes, bell pepper and stir consistently.

  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until the sauce is ready. Boil pasta as stated on the package and then add it into the seafood sauce. Give it a few good stirs.
  • Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
