Egg Noodle Vegetable Soup Recipe
A bowl of noodles with vegetables and a splash of oyster sauce

- ½ celery stalk chopped
- ½ cup green beans
- ½ zucchini chopped
- 2 scallions
- 1 onion small size
- ½ cup egg noodles uncooked
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 6 cups water
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
In a medium-size pot add in all the vegetables, olive oil, vegetable broth and boil on medium heat.
Reduce heat add-in noodles. Simmer for 10 min, stir occasionally.
