Mushrooms sauteed in Honey Balsamic Vinegar

A simple and yet delicious mushroom recipe made in just a few minutes. Mushrooms marinated in Honey Balsamic Vinegar while fried in a bit of butter and olive oil. A great side dish for your table.

  • 3 cups mushrooms whole and sliced
  • 25 grams butter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ΒΌ cup honey balsamic vinegar
  • parsley


  • In a medium-size pan add-in butter and oil.
    Butter and Olive Oil
  • When the butter has melted add in the mushrooms. Pour over the Honey Balsamic Vinegar and saute.
  • Serve and enjoy
