Spicy Feta Cheese and Vegetable Bake

A Feta Cheese appetizer made with baked vegetables a few pinches of hot chili pepper flakes and a whole bunch of feta cheese. This will have you coming back for more.

  • 500 grams feta cheese cubed
  • 1 onion diced
  • green olives optional
  • 1 tsp hot chili pepper flakes
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • olive oil
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • 1 zucchini grated
  • 1 aubergine grated (optional)


  • p=Preheat oven to 180. Layer on the bottom of a baking pan one layer of tomatoes and feta cheese on the bottom of a medium-size baking pan.
  • Pour olive oil and then add the diced onion, pepper flakes, mozzarella cheese, oregano, and red bell pepper. Add grated zucchini and aubergine, stir into the mix.
  • Stir in tomato paste add the rest of the olive oil on top. Place into the oven and cook until feta and mozzarella have melted. Once it is ready give it a few good stirs and serve. This is great eaten hot or cold with freshly toasted bread.
