Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fruit
  • cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add fresh or frozen fruit into smoothie or blender machine
  • add yogurt, ice cubes, and water.
  • finish off by adding in honey and beat for a few minutes.
  • Pour Smoothie into a large glass and serve
