Pan-Fried Greek Graviera Cheese with Honey
This slightly salty cheese is fried with vegetable oil and garnished with sweet greek honey

- 500 grams Mildly Salted Cheese Mild Salted Cheese
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
Add flour and water into two separate bowls. First, dip cheese into water and then dip into flour. Make sure to cover all sides of the cheese.
In a small frying pan add in vegetable oil. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
Garnish cheese with greek honey.
