One-Pot Spinach, Rice and Mushroom Recipe

A healthy traditional Greek Recipe that most love. This recipe calls for Spinach and Rice, but the added Mushrooms gives this recipe a new twist.

  • 1 package Fresh or Frozen Spinach
  • ½ cup White Long Grain Rice
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Leek chopped
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • ½ cup Dill
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • ½ litre Water


  • In a large post add first the Spinach and Olive Oil. Continue by adding the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes
