Custard Cream-filled Puffs garnished with a delicious homemade Chocolate Sauce

  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 package Chocolate

Custard Cream Filling

  • ¾ cup MIlk
  • cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract


  • Boil milk and heavy cream on low heat.
  • And butter and stir until butter and chocolate have melted. Set aside to cool
  • Combine all the ingredients over low heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
  • Add the Vanilla Extract and set aside to cool.
  • Once Custard Cream has cooled fill puffs. Pour Chocolate Sauce over puffs and serve cold. You can also add whipped cream.
