Calamari and Shrimp Giouvetsi
A One-Pot Seafood and Orzo Pasta Recipe
- 2 cups Orzo
- ¼ cup Onion
- ¼ cup Fresh Scallions
- 4 Stems Parsley (chopped)
- 1 Litre Vegetable stock
- ½ cup White Wine (Dry)
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Shrimps
- 2 cups Calamari
- 1 tbsp Estragon Herb (Taraggon Spice)
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and onions. Stir until golden brown.
Add in chopped Parsley continue stirring.
Slowly add in Orzo pasta and stir for 5 minutes.
Stir in Oil and Wine. Boil for 5 minutes
Pour in Vegetable Stock, Seafood and continue to stir until the stock as absorbed.
This dish can be eaten hot or cold.
