Broccoli Pesto with Pasta Seashells

A healthy and tasty topping for FIsh and Pasta

  • 1 Broccoli Head Cut into smaller pieces
  • 25 grams Cashews
  • 25 grams Pistachio Nuts
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Hot Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 stalk Mint


  • Stems of Dill, Parsley, Mint
  • Add the ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Pour in the Olive Oil, blend on high speed for 3 minutes
  • Toss in the Chili Peppers and blend on high speed for 5 minutes
  • Add in additional Olive Oil if you want the Pesto to be a slightly thinnner
  • Add Pesto into hot pasta and enjoy!
