Broccoli Pesto with Pasta Seashells

A healthy and tasty topping for FIsh and Pasta

- 1 Broccoli Head Cut into smaller pieces
- 25 grams Cashews
- 25 grams Pistachio Nuts
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tbsp Hot Chili Flakes
- 1/2 stalk Mint
Stems of Dill, Parsley, Mint
Add the ingredients into a blender or food processor
Pour in the Olive Oil, blend on high speed for 3 minutes
Toss in the Chili Peppers and blend on high speed for 5 minutes
Add in additional Olive Oil if you want the Pesto to be a slightly thinnner
Add Pesto into hot pasta and enjoy!
