Spaghetti with homemade Oregano, Tomato Sauce

A classic recipe with a intense taste of Oregano and Cinnamon

  • 1 pack Pasta
  • 10 pieces Fresh Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil


  • Boil Pasta in salt water as stated on package
  • In a large sauce pan add in the olive oil and then all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil on low to medium heat for 1 hour.
  • Top with Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
