EASY APPLE CAKE

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Apples peeled and sliced
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 Vanilla Stick
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice Apples
  • In a large mixing bowl add eggs and 250 grams Sugar. Beat on high for 10 minutes. Add in the Vanilla that you have extracted from the stick and slowly add in the flour.
  • In a baking pan of your choice place the apples. (make sure to cover the whole pan)
  • Pour the butter over the apples.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Sugar and Cinnamon generously over the apples.
  • Pour batter over apples. (make sure it covers all areas)
  • Pre – heat oven at 180 and bake for 40 minutes.
