MULTIGRAIN MUFFINS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Barley Flour
  • 1 cup All-Purpose-Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • Baking Powder teaspoon
  • Salt tablespoon
  • Sugar tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup Seed Sunflower

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and mix.
  • Continue by adding the remaining ingredients. Add some seeds into the batter, keep the rest for topping off the muffins.
  • Beat medium to high speed for 10 minutes.
  • Fill 1/2 of each cupcake mold.
  • Pre – heat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm
