EASY BLUE CHEESE PASTA SAUCE

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut Blue Cheese into cubes.
  • Finely chop Parsley.
  • Place Blue Cheese into sauce pan, melt and add in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, parsley and sugar. Stir until sauce thickens.
  • Top your favorite pasta with this sauce while it is hot.
