Add Olive Oil into pot along with the shredded carrots. Sauté until carrots are slightly golden brown.
Continue by adding in the ground beef…along with the rest of the ingredients. Now I like to change the taste so this time around I used Worcestershire Sauce, to give it a smokier taste since there were no added tomatoes.
Simmer for about 1 hour on low heat. Top on Pasta with Cheese and just enjoy.
