APPLE PERSERVE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kilo Apples sliced
  • 1/2 cup of Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg Optional
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 dashes of Rum

Instructions
 

  • In a large sauce pan add Apples, Sugar, Cinnamon Stick, Water and let boil for 20 minutes. Once the Apples are soft your preserve is ready. Let it cool for about 2 hours before serving.
  • Add the Rum and top with Ice Cream.
