Ingredients

broccoli head
chopped into florets

chestnut mushrooms
slices

red onion
diced

garlic clove

yellow red bell pepper

medium size cubed

oyster sauce

Instructions
Chop broccoli into florets and place in a bowl with water and 1 tbsp of vinegar for 15 minutes. Wash and drain with plenty of water.
Place into a bowl the sliced mushrooms, the diced red onion, the sliced yellow bell pepper.
Marinate veggies in oyster sauce for about 10 minutes.
Place veggies and half of the cubed carrot into a hot wok with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add in the florets and continue to cook until the sauce has been absorbed.
