RUCOLA PESTO WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Rucola
  • 200 grams Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves optional
  • 6 Sun Dried Tomatoes drained from excess oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor and blend on high speed.
