Add egg yolk, mustard into a bowl,
along with salt, mustard, lemon juice, beat for a few minutes.
Add the vegetable oil.
Beat until all ingredients are combined.
Place a piece of baking paper into the pan and brush with a dap of oil.
In a small bowl add the Vegetable and Sweet Paprika powder..stir until combined.
Drizzle over potatoes, pre-heat oven at 180 and bake for 40 minutes.
Dip into Mayonnaise and enjoy a lovely light snack.
