A SIMPLE MORNING BREAKFAST WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS & FRESH SCALLIONS

Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 25 gr. Butter
  • 25 gr. Heavy Cream
  • 30 gr. Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Scallions or Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet add in butter.
  2. Add 5 eggs into a bowl and whisk,
  3. chop scallions or chives.
  4. Pour into egg mix milk, heavy cream, salt, sweet paprika, parmesan cheese.
  5. Stir slowly, toss in the scallions and continue to stir until eggs are done.
