A SIMPLE MORNING BREAKFAST WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS & FRESH SCALLIONS

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Eggs
  • 25 gr. Butter
  • 25 gr. Heavy Cream
  • 30 gr. Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Scallions or Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet add in butter.
  • Add 5 eggs into a bowl and whisk,
  • chop scallions or chives.
  • Pour into egg mix milk, heavy cream, salt, sweet paprika, parmesan cheese.
  • Stir slowly, toss in the scallions and continue to stir until eggs are done.
