CRISPY CUBE SHAPED FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes cubed
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Olive Oil optional
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain potatoes thoroughly. Cut into cubes and place them in a large sauté pan along with salted water. (Potatoes should be covered with wateBoil potatoes and drain.
  2. In the same sauté pan add in Vegetable oil along with the Olive Oil, and heat from medium to high.
  3. Add in potatoes and fry.
  4. These delicious crunchy little french fries taste delicious with just a sprinkle of Oregano and Salt, but you could always add your favorite toppings.
