BECHAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 120 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 cups of Milk
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan melt the butter, once that has melted add in the flour and continue to whisk until it has thickened. On low heat add in the milk, egg and salt and continue to whisk until it becomes a thick sauce. You can also add in salty cheese instead of salt another great addition to this sauce.
  2. Top this delicious Bechamel Sauce on a recipe of your choice. 🙂
