TRADITIONAL CRETAN BARLEY DAKOS WITH FETA CHEESE – TOMATO (RUSK WITH FETA AND TOMATO)

large Rusks

Medium Tomatoes diced

of Feta Cheese

Garlic Cloves diced

Olive Oil
Salt
Oregano
Instructions
Dice tomatoes into small pieces…add them on top of tomatoes and let the juice flow through the Rusk until soften..I would recommend about 20 minutes.
Add salt, garlic and 1/2 of the olive oil and top with Feta Cheese and the rest of the olive oil. Sprinkle on Oregano and it is ready to eat.
