TRADITIONAL CRETAN BARLEY DAKOS WITH FETA CHEESE – TOMATO (RUSK WITH FETA AND TOMATO)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Rusks
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes diced
  • 200 grams of Feta Cheese
  • 2 Garlic Cloves diced optional
  • 1/3 grams Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Oregano

Instructions
 

  • Dice tomatoes into small pieces…add them on top of tomatoes and let the juice flow through the Rusk until soften..I would recommend about 20 minutes.
  • Add salt, garlic and 1/2 of the olive oil and top with Feta Cheese and the rest of the olive oil. Sprinkle on Oregano and it is ready to eat.
