EGGS AND TOMATOES (STRAPATCHO)

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 5 Tomatoes grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 /4 Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion grated
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add into your sauce pan the olive oil, grated tomatoes, grated onion, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add into the sauce pan, beaten eggs, stir and simmer for about 20 minutes.
