Hey there!! The beginning of a new week and unfortunately my mom is leaving tomorrow.(What can you do that’s life) So, yesterday we met up with my brother for lunch and had a lovely day, chatting, eating and it was just a fun day being outside. It was late afternoon when we finally decided it was time to head on back home. We waited for the tram, (yep we don’t take cars into the city center, parking is just wayyy to expensive here), we were discussing what we wanted to do during the evening. A few ideas came up but since we were both a bit tired from a long day, we thought staying in would be a the smartest option, and have a movie night.
On our way back I stopped off at the supermarket and picked up a bag of Corn Chips to go along with the dip I was going to prepare. I am not a huge fan of Goat Cheese but believe me this dip will definitely change your mind. If you are like me and don’t care for Goat’s cheese and you would like to try out this recipe do what I did, and that was I added some cream cheese into it so that the taste is not as sharp, and it truly turned even better than I expected.. 🙂

1 cup Goat Cheese
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
In a bowl add in the goat cheese,
continue by adding in the cream cheese,
and chives and mix until combined. Place into a larger bowl and start dipping your chips away. 🙂
