Fresh Green Salad topped with Avocado Dressing

Hi there, I am back with yet another delicious salad dressing.  Do you love Avocados? Are you addicted to them like I am?  Well, this dressing is for you!!!   The first time I tried  Avocado was in a dip and believe me I was hesitant, it looked weird, green color????    I dipped  the nacho in the guacamole and it tasted so good!!   I remember going back home and telling my mom that next time we go to the supermarket we need to pick up a few Avocados, I have been hooked on them since then and that was a  long long long time ago. 🙂

A pretty simple 1-2-3 mix it all together recipe which is delicious!! 🙂

Sounds good but that’s a lot of time to prepare the nectar of gods … I prefer my advo’s cut in half with a little bit of lemon juice and salt! YUM

Thank you, but actually it really is not all you do is put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend 🙂

Love avocados, but I don’t have a food processor. I prefer to enjoy them with just salt in sandwiches. 😋

I didn’t have one either for many years and now with the blog I couldn’t do many recipes so I saved up for almost a year before I was able to purchase one….this is what being unemployed and on a budget does 🙂

  • Sophie, we love avocados! 🙂 Looks delicious! To be honest… I was not a big fan of avocado at the beginning, however with time and thanks to my husband I am absolutely in love with avocados and cannot imagine my food habits now without it 🙂 Great recipe!
